Hmmm... Car mats.... are rarely advertised and that too creatively. Comparing with shoes might take the reader in to an unexpected imaginations or guesses. isnt it?

And how come car mats can be compared to shoes?

Hmmm I dnt think car mats in the abv ads are looking fashionable. Rather I was just trying to make them feel that car mats are not trivial to be ignored.

I think sometimes it can be, as long as we are able make the credulity. Isn't it? Do people expect a dazzling/exciting/damn creative tone for a car mat?

Car mats are meant to keep the inside of car clean and tidy; not definitely the young man think of changing their car mats like they change their air filters, glass films, alloy wheels, etc (in fact, young people dont keep their cars clean, they want to look dirty and attractive). Only people who are decent would like to go and spend money to keep their car simple and neat inside. And yes this ad talks about the car mats directly ( not too straight) and only people who really need car mats will read it!
