Salaries are lower in mumbai

i was surprised to discover that salaries in mumbai are lower than delhi and even bangalore.

Its demand-supply. Virtually everybody thinks Mumbai is the place to be and are willing to take a pay cut to move there. God for them. After all, this is a business of sheep.

if you are a CD or above you can shift to mumbai. otherwise no point. and if you want healthy family time, forget it.

Pune? whats in Pune? Its a great city, at least used to be, but are there any good agencies down there?

Well.. I been there once..just fell in love with the place... Need a getaway from NCR. Though have'nt been able to discover any fine agencies out there
