dear vikram even i don't know. i google it then got to know that something like brief intro about radio programme. but don't know what is proper style and format

I guess a radio concept note for a show would be pretty much like a TV Show concept note? Basically explain in the best possible way how you are seeing the show being produced.

I didn't completely understand your question. writing for radio would be pretty much the same as screenwriting. if you are writing a concept note, its like any other concept note where you mention how you are seeing teh program. here are some examples across Radio writing.
