my take: the image of the butter/cheese on the bread looks like a thing slice of a tree trunk. these lines (the concentric circles) along a tree trunk suggest the tree's age. So in a way they are trying to say that you will live long like a tree with a healthy heart if you eat our product. I think this is it...
