Logonation: Collection of Indian Logos
This is something which I had started some 10 years ago. Its a collection of some 400 indian logos which I had when I was still in advertising. Hope this helps us all. Any additions to this colection would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to build this into an organised 'smart' logo gallery from where one should be able to download vectors.

I like the idea Param, but where can one see this?
Is it online now?
Or its just an idea that you have in mind?

• Also tell us how can one contribute to the collection?
• Email you the Logos? Which formats — JPGs, EPS, AI, Corel? Or All?
• Are you also accepting old logos or only new (changed or current) ones
eg. Bajan, Crompton Greaves — should one send the old one or the new one or both?
And I think you mentioned somewhere 'Indian' logos but there are all kind of logos there.
I am not trying to demotivate you but if there are going to be all international logos as well, the exercise might become futile. Because there are already a lot of sites which offer you free download of logos in vector form.

it would be awesome to have a site like this with indian logos. from an art director's point of view. we don't do much internation work do we? so we don't need those logos. but all indian logos would be awesome. would save u the hassel of asking the servicing guy to get u the client logo in the proper format by the proper time etc etc etc. good job paramvir. will PM you all the logos i come across in my day to day work! will send it to you as an AI vector file. that good with you?
Re: Logonation: Collection of Indian Logos
hello all!
sorry for the delayed response, have been extremely busy.
you can send me logos at admin (at) desicreative email address.
the logos are best if sent as AI files. or even vector eps.
am tryong to build a user upload system but it takes a lot of time and money. So will keep you guys posted. Pixelfiesta, yes, this is an Indian logo thing, but there are so many relevant MNCs operating out of India that one needs to include them as well, if one is working here. Example: Pepsi. So many large and small agencies and creatives work on that brand that we might as well call it an Indian company? no?
