Kyoorius Exchange presents kyoorius designyatra 2006

Kyoorius Designyatra 2006 brings to you 3 full days of visual excitement, inspiring minds and plenty of new friends. Being the first design event of its kind in India, Kyoorius Designyatra serves a platform to bring together Indian and international design communities, design-led businesses and organizations through a broad range of activities including design conference and workshops, design exhibitions, industry showcase and parties.

"Looking beyond India's design journey" is the theme for Kyoorius Designyatra. We want to celebrate and promote India's creative spirit by reflecting back on the journey thus far while looking forward. Kyoorius Designyatra curates and documents excellent design works while pushes for open collaboration within the industry by providing the place to make new connections and exchange ideas.

Designyatra is the first in a series of design-led events to come from Kyoorius.


Design Conference
The conference consists of 10 presentation sessions in total. Each 45 minutes session guarantees to unveil valuable insights into the creative process of acclaimed creative thinkers. Design Exhibition
100+ design studios from across India will be exhibiting their works on exhibition panels on the location. To meet the objective of promoting India's creativity, the exhibition will be documented on Kyoorius design showcase, which will be distributed not just during the event, but also after the event to the creative community across India and around the world. The showcase will also be distributed to corporate communications managers, marketing managers and brand managers in India.
Fontfont fiffteen exhibition
FontShop International is launching its well acclaimed fiffteen exhibition in Goa. Travelling for the first time out of Europe and USA, this exhibition celebrates the 15 years of its FontFont type library and the relationships and inspirations which have made it possible. Neville Brody curated the FUSE exhibition while Erik Spiekermann and Jan Middendorp curated the fontfont section. Neville would be personally presenting this exhibition in Goa.
Industry Showcase
The industry showcase provides the space for partners to exhibit their products and services to the creative community. Kyoorius Designyatra is the place where designers and design-driven businesses meet to share ideas and innovations, explore possibilities for collaboration, and provide opportunities to experience first-hand new products and services.


Kyoorius Design Magazine India's first Design Magazine will be launched at the event. This would be quarterly henceforth. This issue will be distributed globally to Design Publications, Design Institutes and Design associations apart from Brand & Communication Managers in Corporate India.
