Well both are 'inspired' from the movie - The Transformers.
In that case, the Citroen ad is also a lift.

a) Citroen did it first
b) both are for automobiles which transform and do some activity


I would overlook, if after Citroen (which has won numerous awards), some chocolate brand or milk brand did it:

Example: milk spills on television, television 'transforms' and starts performing
Payoff: Milk makes you active

nice one. i have seen this somewhere.

see this is what I would say ISN'T copying. take it ina completely different product category, and make teh transformer happen with completely different ingredients. AND it has an idea.

I still find the Bajaj a bit of a forced fit. more like 'lets do something like a transformer/citroen'.
