Job Description
Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the creative department of 4 people which can expand up to 10 people in 12 months timeframe.

2. Provide the thought leadership for various design concepts so that at any given time we have outstanding collecting of designs for all our products

3. Establish the design process and methodology so that all the creative work is done in an efficient and predictable fashion

4. Plan and manage the work distribution among the team as per job requirements and strengths of the different team member

5. Work with marketing and sales team to maintain the design roadmap so that creative department is able to churn out high quality content as per the business needs

6. Develop relationship with our designer community so that we are able to draw upon their expertise for much wider range of creative content

7. Guide the design team to come up with new designs based on specific themes and requirements from customers.

8. Set-up internal design studio/lab with all tools and components required to provide optimal environment for creative work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements

1. Should have a degree from a design school. Having an NID degree is a plus

2. Must have at 6-10 years work experience in the design field. Experience at a creative design studio is a plus

3. Must have a good understanding of design processes and techniques

4. Must have excellent understanding of graphics design process. Experience with illustrations, animation and 3-D product design will be a plus.

5. Must be well versed with photoshop, coreldraw and other design tools

6. Must have the experience of managing a creative team

7. Knowledge of user interface design will be a big plus

8. Should have a background of creative design work based on new concepts and themes

Candidates with AD Agency background preferred.
