International freelance agencies

I saw a spanish international freelance agency link on goooooooogle ads on this site but now i can not find the link. Could someone pass it to me?

I have also been on few sites where us desis really undercharge. I was appalled that one desi was charging 25 US$ for a logo. And there are desis who are doing the entire campaign for 100 US$.

its a waste of time and money. they ask you to BUY a registrationa nd then you keep biddigng and reducing your self esteem for the rest of your life.
