Total rip off. How could they?

Came across the ad for an 'APARTMENT EXCHANGE WEBSITE' with the pregnent woman done by GOSS Reklambyrå (http://www.goss.se) which is 100% copied from the album cover of blood hound gand. Even the colors are same. Check this.

I don't know the contexts of the two, but to me, everything points to a spoof. Certainly not a ripoff. If you want to see a rip-off, check out the new TV spot for some TV that's ripped off from the Cannes 95 reel, where a guy mistakes a talking head on TV for real. Unfortunately I don't recall the two brands
