Judging is done on the individual merit of work, and the success in accomplishing its intended goal. Non-English entries must be dubbed/translated into English to assure proper judging. Entries will be judged independently, and winners will be determined based upon the merits of the piece. Winning entries are calculated based on the combined scores of the judges who evaluate each entry. All entries will be photographed and judged online by the judges. If you prefer to photograph your own work, please shoot on white background and supply 1 image per entry. Film, Video, Animation and Motion Graphics entries will be judged on the first 2 minutes only. Please edit longer pieces with this in mind.

AWARDS
The top scoring professional entries in each individual discipline will be recognized as a Silver or Gold Winner based on score. Best of Category winners based on a performance scale are calculated, and one entry from each of eight industry categories and one Self Promotion category will be recognized as a Best of Industry winner. The nine final Best of Industry winners are judged to determine the Best of Show Dream Studio Prize Package winner. Student entries are judged separately from professionals but based on the same criteria. The final Student Best of Industry winners will be judged to determine the Student Best of Show prize winner. Student entries are not eligible to win the Best of Show Dream Studio Prize.
