HootSuite: Lets you do it, not just for Instagram but also for FB and Twitter.
BufferGram : Its a pro package. Costs money but is worth it.
AutoGram : Doesn't need phone but is not free. Not having to use the phone is a great thing though.
ScheduGramis also a paid solution. But pro features.
ViralVoot : Another paid service.

Paid services are OK as long as you are able to monetise your instagram.
