Thanks Saumya, depending on the project, I do most of the animation myself or manage teams of animators. Really depends on the timeframe of the production and the budget.

my favourite would be the endgunviolence.com piece. i went speechless trying to still arrive at terms that how a strong message was presented so creatively in such a short capsule.
