The firm is currently looking for an Area director who will be responsible for managing all aspects of operation in the respective area / that will be set and agreed at a later stage as the discussion continue with potential candidates.

The Area director will manage Country directors in his / her area, will be able to proactively support the operations; will be able to bring new ideas as well as contribute to business development in the respective counties while on the other side will be able to manage smoothly the operation as well as production processes for his/ her area. The Area Director should be a talented executive who will be able to motive and coach the country directors and with his/ her bright ideas smoothly initiate growth in the responsible area. Besides the above the Area manager should acknowledge that he / she is part of a fast growing operation in a media / entertainment field where procedures and processes are being formed. The Are Director will have an important role in setting up such processes / procedures as well.

Profile

In respect of the candidate profile:

• Male/female
• CEE national - Hungarian or Turkish nationality is an advantage
• Probably 30-40 years old
• Fluent English. Spanish, Arabic, Chinese language knowledge is high advantage
• Proven managerial and business track-record
• The person should be an independent self-starter who has a business development approach; entrepreneurial mind set and ability to adapt the fast growing business demand and approach
• He/she has to be customer oriented and excellent communicator;
• Consequent and hard worker;
• Team player, excellent in handling people;
• TV or telemarketing background is an advantage, strong interest in media business
