I guess this time it's Madonna's turn to inspire you.

Her album 'Bedtime Stories' had an ad which said:

LET MADONNA TUCK YOU IN BED.
THAT'S TUCK SPELT WITH A T.

thanks a lot shanty. but this truly, truly is a coincedent, as we've already shown it to the actual client (yes, it's a radio station. the name, tho', is property of yours truly) & SURPRISE - client has approved and given us an all-clear signal to run it for a teen mag. but i guess we'll have to un-sell it !! asap!

ARTIST?

Post by life_joke »

hey prasoon,
thanks for liking the concept. since this is an intentional scam/spec, i had to do the art myself. i've been learning from art directors for the last few years and have come to the conclusion that if any writer wants to do a good job make sure the art partner is pampered enough - otherwise a mother of an idea can be turned into turd by an art director.
so while i keep downplaying my role while working with good art directors (fortunately, i've worked with some really talented ones), i take up the keyboard and the monitor (replacing the brush and the easel) to make sure i am at ease when the misfortune of not having a good art partner strikes me.
thanks again.
