Experience: 6 months - 2/3 years (Knowledge of Social Media Channel)
Role: Online Reputation Management - Monitor conversations on FB/Twitter, Raise the queries/complaints via ORM Tools.
All that one needs to possess is a positive outlook, a get hands dirty attitude and a dollops of empathy and calmness under pressure with some excellent communication skills with quirky and creative ideas on top.
