Job description
As a Producer at Toaster, you are pivotal to how the agency, projects and teams are managed - (the beating drum of any successful agency realise heavily on the Producers to maintain momentum, business acumen and the highest level of support to produce best in class creative, design and tech).

We thrive on entrepreneurial thinking and encourage our senior teams to think this way, by looking for opportunities, lead and support a production team (in the given market). You are responsible for best in class processes / finances and documentation, managing workload and oversee projects (from a production point of view), mentor and support a team of producers.

You would be expected to maintain and develop existing client relationships and review new business development opportunities. Continue to oversee resource requirements / projects and keep a close hold on finances and supporting documentation. You would be expected to manage high-end projects of your own from beginning to end.

You will bring an excellent understanding of all things digital – including how to shape a proposal and approach, recognize a strong brief, understand integrated campaigns, branding, animation, websites, banners, email, apps, strategic thinking, social media and be able to help manage client expectations. You will have awareness of the technical possibilities and outer limits of digital production.

You will report into the regional Executive producer for further support and oversight.
