Hey DesiCreative.com,

Why don't you organnize some sort of portfolio night where the junior creatives could come and show their portfolios for a an entry fee to India's top CDs????

They are doing this in North America.

Basically i have been workings as a freelance web and graphic designer while pursuing my MBA in Advertising and now looking for full time job as a Visualiser in Advertising Industry..

have you done your career study?
as an advertising creative your career will fizzle out after you become a CD< which could be well in the next 10 years time? then what? then you will panic and run helter skelter to start your own 'Design Shop', TVC Production and struggle with various other options.

however when you pursue your MBA line, the older you get, the more valuable you become to your compnay and industry. think of it. also check out and ask around you aboput the monies.

my bet is that you join the IT industry (easy money and less work) and then do design and stuff as a hobby.

these days most of have forgotten that hobbies are for fun and work is for money.
