I like the approach. But i wish you would talk more about the work you did than life in general.

too much space wasted in the masthead. to read the first story one should not have to scroll down... if I have typed doosra in the URL window, I dont need to see the masthead again. I think its applying standard print design techniques to online.

I somewhat agree with saumya but not totally. The large masthead can be a statement.
