nice. they are trying hard to get the same look in India by hiring brazilian models and cheap gora photographers. but what they dont understand, is the soul, the creative, is rotten...

for that to happen, Indian ads to become nicer, the clients have spend a little more money and agencies have to become a little more sincere.

I am constantly being asked to work harder on scam etc. It seems if I dont have awards on my KRAs, I wont get a promotion! But what about the gazollions of work that I do, which is everyday requirements,and can never fetch awards?
