Logo Competition by Indian Railways

I didn't understand the logo submission procedure. As I understand, I have to take a flight or train to Delhi and reach there on a particular date within the office hours to submit hardcopy and softcopy of the logo.
Am I wrong? Can anybody enlighten?

You can use India Post or courier services. 12th is actually due date. I downloaded railway directory and called up the director information and publicity. Good luck

I think its best to send by registered post. that way you ensure they have received it.

The time given to designers was enough to raise eyebrows anyway. Let us see what happens now. In Nandan's case they got to aadhar a bit late I guess.
