Twitter Handles for Indian Advertising Agencies

Since Indian advertising agencies are so digital illiterate, (they are all like mini film companies), its difficult to find them on Twitter (they are so silent, obviously they have nothing to say). So I am trying to create a list of their Twitter handles.

Advertising agencies always stretch the significance of an social media presence to their customers.
It turns out, a few organizations need their customers to do as it's been said, not as they do. Numerous organizations let weeks pass by between tweets. Consider that: How can an office suggest a "dependably on" online networking effort in the event that it can't deal with its own particular Twitter account?

if a significant number of interactions can be determined as a suitable basis for forming a sustained relationship, and if it makes enough people happy, then I think the account can be said to be both effective to its owners and meaningful to its audience.
