BBDO India. The site looks like that of a TVC production company. I thought adverting agencies wold be creative across all media? Or maybe because for TVC you outsource to a talented team, but for rest, you have to work yourself?

The Lowe Lintas website too looks like that of a TVC Production company. But hey wait! Maybe they are

I don't think there is much brand building talent left in agencies any more. They are only interested in making TVCs and Bollywood connections.
While the quality of the average TVC has improved, the quality of logos, brochures, print, digital has stangnated.
TVCs are made by independent film makers not agency people. So maybe if independent graphic designers start making design, graphics, websites, logos, brochures, print and digital work etc, the work will be better.

I agree with Basant, there is focussed effort when it comes to individualism. If we see the best graphic design work comes from freelancers majorly.
