R/GA has created an amazing new campaign for Beats by Dre. Titled "The Game Before the Game" it stars Brazil's football superstar Neymar Jr. and his pregame ritual. Also making an appearance and detailing their pre game rituals are Fabregas, Luis Suarez, Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, Robin Van Persie, Blaise Matudi, Daniel Sturridge,, Bacaray Sagna, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Jozy Altidore and Mario Gotze
