Rajeev Basu, a creative from Boulder, Colorado has a webtoy called 'Tumbly' nominated for a Webby award (the Oscars of the Internet). Tumbly is an app that lets you hijack any site with silly animated gifs. One site suitably described it as ‘completely useless but still fantastic’.
