A question

Hello, im daryl, want to ask you all a question, how you all do the marketing research on the competitors of your products and the details of your product?
most agencies get it from market reserach firms like milward brown etc. you could also hire them.
i know lot of big clients specially those in telecom sector doing ad tracking on their as well as their competitors on a monthly basis.
