This was a spot done for Child Safety for the Gulf News Agency CSR Challenge in Dubai.
Dubai had seen a lot of children falling off highrises due to skyscraper safety issues. And this was a public service radio message to alert parents to take care of their children's safety.

Just a small note as to why the spot was done:

'Each year, on an average around 50 children fall from windows or balconies in the UAE.
Many suffer serious injuries. Some of these falls are fatal. It is imperative for Parents/Guardians, Baby Sitters and others who may be directly or indirectly responsible for a child to ensure complete safety for children.'
