IMPACT magazine has come up with its list of fifty most influential women. The way they have portrayed this is worth the watch.Have a look.

I dont like the typography. They could have done something with the gender symbols. This, for me, was an opportunity lost.

Ok, Then u wud say that for men they shud have used this sign, for industries they shud hav used this sign and so on......... Frankly speaking Graphic Design is what looks good and grabs eyeball.
