Ashwin Chikerur is an engineer by qualification but his interest for visual exploration took him to pursue visual communication from IDC where he did ranges of projects and got placed at Infosys.

Later dissatisfied by the job he joined Virgin comics where he worked on projects, a comic artist can only dream of.He worked on Ramayana 3392 A.D as well as Shiva where he worked as a colorist with a brilliant illustrator Abhishek Singh as penciller and inker.
