tell me, is there decent money and decent living to b made as an illustrator in India? I see photographers charging a bomb but no one wants to pay illustrators...

i feel ..if you dont have any other occupation then there are areas like art dept. at advt. agencies or publication houses that are always looking for people to illustrate for specific content..like the above guy is now at an ad agency..many freelance on daily basis for people whose content demands special style of illustration exp.reader's digest..it only a matter of marketing yourself like Locopopo or BombayDuck Designs..
