Frankly, no theme! Just named it as "Nature." I selected the 12 images from a pool of 22 photographed by my brother.
I'm just remembering last year's Calendar design topic --
viewtopic.php?f=19&t=5562&start=1
Many did comment that the design was normal.
This time, I have tried to put the dates inside enlarged 'SMTWTFS.' I believe that very few people might have thought of such a tweak in calendar design.

In the past 3 days, the zip file was downloaded 34 times (India - 27, United States - 5, Denmark - 2).
Individual files are downloaded a total of 124 times. Splits are as shown.

But the important thing is you did it, and I didnt

Thanks, Saumya. Quite interesting. I will see whether the overlap of 'SMTWTFS' can be effectively used to reduce the distance between the columns.
A few points I learned on Calendar layout...
1. When the week columns are far apart (as in the present design), an alternate colored horizontal fill will greatly help in 'guiding' your eyes along the consecutive dates.
2. In a column, it is always better to keep all the digits in a vertical line. In the earlier versions of the present design, I staggered the digits for 'S' and 'W.' This one failed miserably while testing for readability among my friends.
3. "People judge a calendar by the cuteness of the image; not by the functionality or ease of reading of the dates." This led me to change the high contrast black fill of 'SMTWTFS' to the present 'no fill' outline 'SMTWTFS.'

@vasanth: We tried seven, but they have plans to include photos taken by their employees or illustrations done by the employee's kids. Two don't want calendars at all!

How about you put the SMTWTFS in a vertical column on a side... Did you already try that?

I agree. The black text on yellow is a bit contrasty, but tarts also a graphic style. I should soon launch my calendar as well.
