Ive seen the first one. Its really crazy and very nicely done.
The second one's, just plain wierd.

....and honestly a little disturbing. Maybe thats the point hes selling.
And hes disturbingly bad at it.

But it does put out the message of how bad smoking is for pregnant women... It is still weird... first one looks good!
