Wanted Freelancers, but you should have big awards

I recently used a hot braizilian team (based in europe) for a freelance project as I could not find a desi team on time. this is an experiment for me, as if i can do great work with freelance teams, perhaps i could build a pool of freelancers and use them when needed. The problem is because of quick turn around i need stuff quite soon, so it is difficult to rely on someone 8000 km away.
But if you at least a shortlist at Cannes, D&AD, One Show or Clios, London International, PM me and i will keep you guys in mind.

in that case you have to prove yourself. try uploading your work here so we can all see how good/bad you really are. i think theres little else which is better than sharing your work to see how good you really are.
