the concept doesnt click somewhere. what is the 40 seconds about? the traffic signals are timed differently. My worst is over a minute. 180 seonds or so. what is teh core thought that you are trying to put across. whats your brief. can you write your brief?

The brief was: I have seen people not able to wait for few seconds at signals and so take the chance of breaking the laws which can result in accidents. '40 secs' is not an exact figure, but just a figure that is most nearest or you can call it the average.

The message that I wanted to convey is - Dont drive or dont cross the road in haste.

It is something like a mathematical equation.

Here '3' is nothing but innate nature, for some the magnitude would be more and others less. And 'x' is a variable, you call it efforts or passion or wat ever. If any of them (either magnitude or the variable) is zero the whole resultant is zero. I believe it's a blend of ability and passion that churns out the ability.
