Great environment to work in and so much care for creatives. And giving so much of space for gallery in that prime location, is bold decision. It feels good. Is it commercially viable in this inflation driven economy that's the question?

hahah! a Great office is an advertisement of sorts. It makes yoru clients think that you are doing well, and you must be GOOD to be doing well. So that helps bring confidence to clients.

Also, a great environment nourishes better creative. The creatives tend to produce better work. It helps. Its an investment. Some people invest in giant factories. Some people invest in great offices

But yes I wish there was more money in this business...

Completely contrary to my tastes I like some head banging and hip hop environment, whereas this seems to be a very decent and royal. No vibrant colors paints and restaurant-like dim lighting. Seems like a well kept haunted place .

of course for reputatiion as well. clients love to work with agencies that have fantastic offices that are pieces for conversation and also it gives the feeling 'we are creative'. its self branding. it also works with employees.
