1. SLOGAN WRITING CONTEST for School children against Garbage & Graffitti at
Monuments:
· The decision of Ministry of Tourism is final and binding.
· School children between 7th and 12th Standard may take part in the contest.
· 3 entries in English and Hindi from each school will be accepted. The school should short list 3
best entries in English and Hindi for selection.
· School should send all the entries received in a separate box/envelop duly marked for reference
use by the Ministry.
· Entries with typing error/spelling mistake/over typing/illegible hand writing etc. will be rejected.
· Name and full contact address with email address, Tel. No. should be written at the end of the
slogan.
· No personal receipt/acknowledgement will be given.
· Employees and dependents of Ministry of Tourism, ITDC, NCHMCT, IITTM are not allowed to
take part in the contest.
· Only one entry from a student either in English or in Hindi.
· Copy right of the winning entries will remain with Ministry of Tourism and can be used for
promotional purpose by Ministry of Tourism.
· An undertaking should be submitted that the slogan is original and not copied from any source.
· Only the prize winner/winners and their school will be notified in writing and the result will be
hosted on the official website of the Ministry i.e. www.incredibleindia.org and
www.tourism.gov.in on or after 27th Sept, 2006.
· Entry Closing date: 20th Sept, 2006 17.00 Hrs.
Term & Condition for PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST:
· The decision of Ministry of Tourism is final and binding.
· Print entries with size less than 12”X 15” will NOT be considered.
· Name and full contact address with email address, Tel. No., Mobile etc. should be written on the
back of the photograph.
· The title, description, location, name etc. of the photograph should be clearly described.
· Original TP/Negative of winning photograph should be submitted on selection. No digital image
will be accepted.
· Ministry of Tourism will not be liable for any damage of entries.
· Entries showing individual/Group portrait should be accompanied by undertaking from the
individual/Groups shown in the picture. Ministry of Tourism will not be liable for any legal
implication. Any legal implication will be responsibility of the onstestant/photographer.
· No personal receipt/acknowledgement will be given.
· Employees and dependents of Ministry of Tourism, ITDC, NCHM & CT, IITTM are not allowed
to take part in the contest.

Term & Condition for TELEVISION COMMERCIAL CONTEST:
· The decision of Ministry of Tourism is final and binding.
· The duration of the commercial should not be more than 60 (sixty) sec.
· The subject would be on Tourism – Generic India.
· Name and full contact address with email address, Tel. No., Mobile etc. should be mentioned in a
covering letter.
· Original Digi Beta and a DVD of the TVC should be submitted for selection.
· Ministry of Tourism will not be liable for any damages.
· No personal receipt/acknowledgement will be given.
· Employees and dependents of Ministry of Tourism, ITDC, NCHM & CT, IITTM are not allowed
to take part in the contest.
· Empanelled advt. agencies of Ministry of Tourism are not allowed to take part in this contest.
· Only one entry from an individual/ agency will be accepted.
· Copy right of the winning entry will vest with Ministry of Tourism (Incredible India ) and can be
used for promotional purposes by the Ministry of Tourism.
· The prize winners will be required to provide an undertaking for the use of the TVC by the
Ministry in whatever form deemed appropriate.
· An undertaking shall also be furnished that the footage entirely belong to the participant/the
agency submitting the entry. Ministry of Tourism will not be held responsible for any liability on
this count.
· One Cash Prize for Rs.1,50,000/- will be awarded for the best TVC.
· Only the prize winner/winners will be notified in writing and the result will be hosted on the
official website of the Ministry i.e. www.incredibleindia.org and www.tourism.gov.in on or after
27th Sept, 2006
· Closing date: 20th Sept, 2006 17.00 Hrs.

Themes: 1. Pilgrim Sites of India
2. World Heritage Sites of India
3. Awareness against Garbage and Graffiti.
4. Wildlife of India
· The decision of Ministry of Tourism is final and binding.
· The size of the creative should be A4.
· One entry for each theme by an individual only will be accepted.
· Name and full contact address with email address, Tel. No., Mobile etc. should be mentioned on
the creative itself at the bottom.
· Original reproducible high resolution creative should be submitted in a CD in open and closed
files.
· Ministry of Tourism will not be liable for any damages.
· No personal receipt/acknowledgement will be given.
· Employees and dependents of Ministry of Tourism, ITDC, NCHM & CT, IITTM are not
allowed to take part in the contest.
· Empanelled advt. agencies of Ministry of Tourism are not allowed to take part in this contest.
