Awards, yes but need info...

Many advertising agencies don't send entries for awards cause they don't want to pay the entry fee or don't have released work that is worth sending for an award. Such occurences deprive 
the creative minds from being able to send thier work. Would be 
glad to know which awards accept individual entries,could be in any category. Or a link from where we could get this info.
