Working in ad agency. Done Pg in Tv and print Journalism. After lots of up and down I m here in this ad world trying my luck. I need some one who Join with me technically in this project or finance this project as profit share basis. Or Join us as a freelance profit share basis on project to project fairly. I don’t want very big team.

you mentioned you had a programmer for one of the sites. cant that person manage the other sites as well?

no he is too much busy and he knows only programing not designing

getting a programmer these days is difficult. they are so spoilt by the easy money they get in large companies, they don't want to work for anything less than astronomical figures. those who do agree turn out to be not so good in coding. all the best for your venutures.
