Key Responsibilities
Understanding client requirements, discussing communication issues and communication strategies with the client.
Controlling Qualitative Output in the area of DM strategy, creative and integrated communication.
Communication strategies.
Evolving total communication packages.
Structuring strategy presentations, Developing & Implementation of Integrated
Communication Programs.
Handling financial issues with the client (timely estimation & collection).
Co-ordination with vendors/suppliers to ensure smooth flow of day to day jobs.
Dealing with other 360 disciplines of Ogilvy for various client requirements
Internal contacts are Creative, Studio/ Production, Accounts/ Billing and 360 disciplines.
External contacts are Client team, External Suppliers, and Research Agency.
Attends Client Meetings, Internal meetings with Servicing Team, Internal meetings with Creative.
