Convert Corel Draw Files

I often get half finished artwork in Corel Draw. But I use Illustrator (out of no choice, I would prefer Freehand). FilesPazz is a fantastic service that will convert CDR to EPS. The flip side is it has a 10MB limit. I cant test it because I have an 87MB cdr file. Any tips?
