An intro to Rao Barrett and Welsh.

Rao Barrett and Welsh is a Toronto agency founded in 2002 by desi creative Gavin Barrett and his Scottish art director Mike Welsh. Our logo is a tartan turban. We've grown since then and we've added 2 more desi client servicing partners, Francis Alexander and Prasad Rao.
