hi dadada. i am assuming u r not from india. karele ki sabzi is a very bitter vegetable which people usually hate. the product is for a "garam masala": Garam masala from Hindi garam ("hot") and masala ("mixture") is a basic blend of ground spices common in Indian and other South Asian cuisines. It is used alone or with other seasonings. The word garam refers to spice intensity, not heat; garam masala is pungent, but not "hot" in the same way as a chili pepper. The composition of garam masala differs regionally, with wide variety across India. Some common ingredients are black & white peppercorns, cloves, bay leaves, long pepper (also known as pippali), black cumin (known as shahi jeera), cumin seeds, cinnamon; black, brown, & green cardamom, nutmeg, star anise and coriander seeds. Varying combinations of these and other spices are used in regional variants of garam masala, none of which is considered more authentic than another.
hi cooldepp. love the thought. but maybe just the line would have sufficed. did not need a visual. also, in the visual, perhaps a smear of leftover food would have been nice. i know the idea is that nothing is left over, but still this is giving me a sense of clean untouched plate which never had anythign on it. confusing me a bit there. but then again, that's only my opinion.

I like the idea. but I agree with Raja Sahib. I think the plate shold have SOME leftover grease of a vegetable. Very nice idea otherwise

yes better.. and i can understand your discomfort with adding a grease spot. goes against the idea. another thought.. what if you actually take a plate with something in it and lick it clean and then shoot it?

you mean like a slight yellow grease remains on the plate
like the leftover spot of the cooking oil used in the dish?

Or if you dont like doing anything to the plate, may be throw something outside the plate... as if something is fallen on the table cloth. Might work.
Few other things I noticed..
• Karele ki sabzi is a Indian delicacy... and I feel a fork is a misfit here. Does anyone else feel so? Unless the product is marketed aborad. Even then...
• Plus the shape of the plate used is a little odd.
• You havent been giving any shadows to the fork and the spoon. Is that deliberate

good observation pixel fiesta
and thanks for pointing them out
actually the title is karele ki sabzi and even the masala brand is indian may be that's why it gives the impression of being an indian dish
but advice me on this : Is fork really a misfit here??
i know the plate is not a regular one. But i had just put it randomely
and thanks for pointing out the sahdow part i'll rectify that.
