Quark Xpress is an excellent and long proven Desktop Publishing Tool what is used extensively everywhere (except in India, where I have seen more of a fascination with Illustrator and Corel Draw).

This is an excellent step by step tutorial about creating Press Quality PDFs from Quark Xpress. Something that I dond on this site

hey we used to work on Quark Xpress, almost 12 years ago. Along with Adobe Illustrator!

It used to be a great tool for making multi page brochures!

Some Quark Xpress 4.0 Easter eggs we used to play with

1. Draw a box in center of screen.
2. Leave plenty of room on both sides for action.
3. Press Shift-Option-Command-K to get original alien.
(here an alien walks in from the left of screen with a bazooka and blasts the selected box in a rainbow of colours)
4. Repeat above sequence at least 5 times.
5. The new alien appears randomly, usually after 5 tries...
(thenew alien takes out his even bigger bazooka and blasts away the original alien!)
