Would you work overseas?

I am surprised to see that not too many people are clicking on job link to various countries even when they are paying top $$$ on this site. Does this mean that most of us desis are happy to work in India? Look at IT people, one chance and they run even to shit countries. And here we have world class talent (judging by the result at awaard shows) and we are still in India. Why?
