can you suggest a great site for lerning Flash?

i think the best way to learn flash is like how i did it. by messing around with the software and setting yourself little tasks and then trying and solving that by searching relevant sites on the net. i think the basic tutorial that comes with flash is great for a basic understanding and then u should set yourself tasks and try and do them yourself and if and only if u can't manage then look up the net.
dunno if i could explain.
like, u learn motion tween in basic flash tutorial.
now use that to make a simple ball bounce. while u r doing that u realise a bouncing ball does not move uniformly. it squashes on contact and slows down on upward rebound etc. so then u try to give it that effect and u learn something new etc. then when u r happy with what u made, u search for "bouncing ball tutorial flash" on google. and then u see something that makes what u did look real bad. and then again u learn something new. and so on and so forth and bla bla bla

paramvir do u think the above animation was made in flash? i think it was made in some advanced 3d animation software and then saved as a flash file. what do u think?

difficult to say if it was made on Flash or not. You get tonnes of Flash action script and stuff that enable you to make the kind of animations that you see above.

Flash has some Particle Systems. One can try and build stuff like this in those. I c annot rule out the possibility of these particle systesm making something liek this, above movie.
