yeah, the 10,000 hrs principle, I dont know if in my case, it is gonna take 10,000 hrs or some other figure, but I thought I have to start the 1st hour right that day and so took the step forward. I don't know, my conscience is driving me more than my brain.

Currently I am setting up an office (in a week or two expected to be ready), I have already got a project, since this is the first project I am allocating most of my time to it than looking about my own office space etc.
I am getting work done by some freelancers.

I am looking for young freshers, someone with more knowledge (civic sense) is preferred - for client servicing and strategist role.
If it is a visualiser, I would check with his/her portfolio to understand how crazy the person is with the work.
