Hi Viviene. No, i haven't seen the The film. The problem is that small and independent films which are not backed by big studios generally don't get popular release in indian cinema halls, much like the classics of 'Raju'.

So when it comes to films like The road to guantanamo, one has to wait till the pirated version is available. U see, I am paid poorly to be able to order my films from amazon.

Dalbir, Thanx so much for ur offer. But I guess, even DHLing it won't be a moneysaving option for me( I know, I am very-very cheap). The DHL bill I guess, tentatively will come to some 2-3 grands, and quite honestly, I can buy some 10 movies wid dat money in grey market. And mind U, d prints aren't bad at all, I recently bought 16 films, and none of them have bad prints or any other problem. Ya, U won't get the brilliantly designed extensive DVD jackets (in the pirated ones), but then i guess, I'll have to live wid wid d loss, till i can afford to buy the original versions. Dere are so many movies to watch and own and not so much money

Thanx again for ur offer!!

Dalbir, Cannes came and went, I missed my chance. Guess, I’ll havta buy it from the grey market only. But some rave reviews the film is getting.

Deshpremi, sorry dude, I am replying to ur query after a month. Too much work, was really caught up badly. Ya, back t ur query, man, it’s tough to recommend films like that coz the world film scene is so vast, and I don’t even know what genre, or what kinda films U like most. There is so much to watch, from classic Hollywood to European films, to films from China, Japan, Hongkong, Iran and of late some kickass films from Korea too. And then there are films from our own country.

I am putting some links of some film sites here, U can check them and read bout the kind of films u want to watch.

Enjoy! :D
