Hey I dint mean that, I wanted to say that I cannot demand a job, I have to earn it. I have also updated my portfolio, just scouting...

having a good portfolio is only part of the job. Network. Thats the wayto getyour nexct job. Meet and know everyone in the industry. Great jobs will come to you if you have friends in the right places.

I worked in three agencies, lekin now, i gave up my previous job at Idiom, Bangalore...I am planning to come up with my own agency here in hyd. << STILL PLANNING>>.

too early for your own agency. work for about 10 years, build lots of client contacts...

Hmm, lets see, I opine that the experience I get by working in agencies for 10 years is equal to that of 10 months of organizing my own agency...

no, you need to get the right contacts and also the right in depth knowledge. Remember the 10,000 hours principle?
