Been off the board for a while, Ek Kanya.
Thankfully came back and stumbled upon your ramblings.
Amazing thoughts from a very creative and intense person.
Keep sharing.
More power to you.
Am almost inspired to start my own ramblings, though depression has dulled my edge these days.
- Shanty
P.S.: You're an enigma wrapped in a mystery...and how!

hi Shanty :)

Read about your daughter. Hope the difficult times pass and things come to a sunnier side soon. We shall all pray for you and the little one :)

I am touched by your kind words. I am only but writing what I come across. The journey of life brings some interesting things ashore...

PANTONE HOTEL

TRAVEL TO A COLORIFIC WORLD
The PANTONE HOTELTM invites you to experience the city of Brussels through a lens of color and a spectrum of comforts. From the moment you arrive, our “hotel of colors” will awaken your senses to an array of delights and playful surprises.

Impeccably designed by Michel Penneman and Oliver Hannaert, The PANTONE HOTELTM, Brussels showcases the color of emotion with a distinctive hue on each colorous guest floor. From vivid to subdued, for business or leisure, our unique boutique hotel perfectly suits your savvy palette and colorful imagination.

From a design perspective, The PANTONE HOTELTM, Brussels is built on an exceptional use of contrast; a white canvas provides clean space for saturated colors to pop. Guest rooms feature unique photography by esteemed Belgian photographer Victor Levy.

Welcome to the center of the color universe.

LOBAL COLOR AUTHORITY
Forty-five years ago, Pantone, Inc. revolutionized the graphic arts industry with the launch of the colorful PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM®, enabling designers and printers to faithfully articulate and reproduce accurate color anywhere in the world. Each color identified with a unique number for precise specification. Pantone achieved global acceptance and quickly became the standard in the printing and graphic arts industries.

As the company moved into more lifestyle- oriented industries, the concept of a numbering system associated with corresponding color names became even more important in communicating the exactness of a color. Today, Pantone LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of X-Rite, Incorporated, has emerged as the vocabulary of color in all aspects of the visual world, providing products, technologies and services for the colorful exploration and expression of creativity.

In addition to coloring our world and constantly improving and evolving the field of color communication, PANTONE is the color platform upon which our interiors, exteriors, fashions and home products are created and manufactured. Pantone collaborates with corporations on color consistency, directs designers on colors and trends, and licenses paint and designer-inspired products for consumers around the world.

The PANTONE HOTELTM is part of the new PANTONE UNIVERSE, an expanding line of colorful, design-driven products to touch and tempt consumers. Our family of products also includes: Seavees 09/63 PANTONE Sneaker Collection, a Casual Collection by Gentryportofino, a Bath And Body Line by Hypro Cosmetics, Sonia Spencer Accessories Collection, PANTONE UNIVERSE Kitchenware Collection by Typhoon, the iconic Pantone Mugs by W2, PANTONE UNIVERSE stationery by Alpa and design items by Seletti.

CGS is a lock to bring something unique to the annual SEMA show, and after the ReFlex and FlatBack Mustang of the last two years, the tuner has left the Ford family for GM. This year, a 2011 Chevy Camaro will step into the modification chamber, getting a body kit that includes a ZR1-style hood. Under the window you might get a glimpse of the Whipple twin-screw blower that helps boost output to 500 horsepower. 22-inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli rubber bands help complete the look.

Me and my friends have decided to flood our homes/offices with plants that help clean indoor air...
I highly encourage you to do the same...
I dont want to bore you with a long list of issues that the air we breathe has...
especially AC rooms/ or even the air in our gorgeously well polluted cities....

So here's a list of plants that are especially good...
Research has shown that these 10 plants are the most effective all-around in counteracting offgassed chemicals and contributing to balanced internal humidity.

Areca palm
Reed palm
Dwarf date palm
Boston fern
Janet Craig dracaena
English ivy
Australian sword fern
Peace Lily
Rubber plant
Weeping fig

Vodafone had launched this amazing under rated contest. Winner gets to fly in a Vodafone Zeppelin! I dont have a Vodafone account, but I think it was superb and under promoted. Here are some sightings of the Vodafone Zeppelin from March 2010 when I was in Mumbai.
