ISL 2014 is a huge Success, At times the stadiums had more supporters/viewers coming than average Spanish League/EPL matches (This is not a faff)

- It's viewership was more than FIFA WorldCup in India.
- ISL was watched by 429 million television viewers across India, just a shade lower than the Pro Kabaddi League's 435 million but two-and-half times more than the 2014 FIFA World Cup viewership in the country (This is what the ISL organisers say, Now you decide)

- From the TAM (Television Audience Measurement) peak of 1.81 in the inaugural match, the figure at the end of the first week had reached 0.54, averaging a TAM rating of 0.87. By week 2 of ISL, this had further slipped to 0.7.

- Hero ISL is most watched tournament on TV after IPL

I think these stats are enough to say that ISL was HIT and they will be getting more star international players to gain more popularity and followers in their 2nd Season.
